Safety first, always
Every site is designed to IEC 61851 and installed to CEA norms, with earth-leakage protection, surge arrest and a documented handover pack.
A charging network built by people who have spent a decade keeping energy assets running.
TorqOne was founded on a simple frustration: India was filling up with charge points that nobody was maintaining. Drivers arrived to dead screens; hosts had no idea what their assets earned; nobody answered the phone.
So we built the network we wanted to use. TorqOne owns the whole chain — site design, installation, the software that runs the charger and the crew that turns up when something breaks. One network, every mile, on time.

Every site is designed to IEC 61851 and installed to CEA norms, with earth-leakage protection, surge arrest and a documented handover pack.
Remote diagnostics, spares held in-region and a four-hour field response window keep the network at 99%+ availability.
OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 on the charger, OCPI for roaming. Your assets are never locked to a single platform.
Rooftop solar, storage and time-of-day tariffs are designed in from day one, not bolted on afterwards.
Live utilisation, tariff and settlement dashboards for every host, with monthly payouts and GST-ready statements.
Survey, design, DISCOM liaison, civil work, commissioning and O&M — delivered by TorqOne crews, not a chain of subcontractors.
“Our depot went from a diesel yard to sixteen charge points in seven weeks. The load management alone saved us a transformer upgrade we had already budgeted for.”
Rohit MenonFleet Director, last-mile logistics operator
“What sold us was the boring part: the monthly uptime report. Two years in, TorqOne has never missed a service window at our mall.”
Anita ShahCentre Manager, retail property group
“I charge at home on a TorqOne wallbox and on the network when I travel. Same app, same card, one invoice. It just works.”
Deepak IyerEV owner, Pune
For a home wallbox, a single visit — usually under four hours. For a commercial site, expect 21 to 45 days from survey to switch-on, most of which is DISCOM sanction and civil work. We give you a dated plan after the survey and hold ourselves to it.
Often not. Dynamic load management lets chargers share whatever headroom your sanctioned load already has, throttling automatically when the building is busy. Where an upgrade is genuinely needed, we handle the DISCOM application on your behalf.
CCS2 and Type 2 for cars and light commercial vehicles, LEV-AC and Bharat AC-001 for two- and three-wheelers, and CCS2 or GB/T on request for bus and truck depots. Every public site lists its connectors in the app.
Both models are available. Under CAPEX you own the asset and we operate it for a service fee. Under RESCO, TorqOne funds and owns the site and shares revenue with you. We will model both against your expected utilisation before you decide.
The network operations centre usually sees it before you do. Most faults clear with a remote reset; anything else raises a ticket with a four-hour response window in metro areas and same-day elsewhere. Uptime is reported to you monthly, per charger.
Yes. Hosts set the per-kWh price, idle fees and any free or subsidised windows — per charger and per time of day. Changes take effect within minutes across the app and the physical unit.
Aviro has built and maintained solar and electrical infrastructure across India for over a decade. TorqOne inherits that bench — the same design office, safety systems, field crews and service desk — which is why a charging network this young can promise this much uptime.
Send us the location and the load. We will come back with a layout, a build plan and a revenue model.
